Paul Butterfield DocumentaryEd Gallucci has contributed 9 photographs to appear in the documentary April 20-27, 2017 at The Newport Beach Film Festival.

The documentary film about Paul Butterfield is by John Anderson with PVB, LLC called “Horn From The Heart: The Paul Butterfield Story.” The film is an Official Selection at the 2017 Newport Beach Film Festival and will have its World Premiere on Friday April 21 at 5:15pm at the Island Cinema, 999 Newport Center Dr., Newport Beach, CA 92660. There will be a second showing at the same theater on Tuesday April 25 at 2:30pm. Eubie Blake on Display at the National Museum of African American History and Culture

Ed Gallucci’s photo of Eubie Blake is part of a display at the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington DC, that illustrates famous contributors to American music. The museum just opened to great fanfare this past weekend. Ed photographed Mr. Blake at his home in Brooklyn NY for Penthouse Magazine in 1974.

We are happy to announce that The Grammy Museum’s Bruce Springsteen: A Photographic Journey will be exhibited for a 26 week run at the Morven Museum in Princeton, NJ. The exhibit will be on display there from November 2016 – May 2017.

Initial plans include a panel discussion with the photographers. More details will be added as they are received.

Ed Gallucci To Show At Sumter County Cultural Commission

Ed Gallucci The Crawdaddy Years and Beyond, on loan from Monmouth University Photography Collection will be displayed at Sumter County Cultural Commission April 1 – May 15, 2016. The show features some of Ed Gallucci’s life work and includes photographs of celebrities like Muhammad Ali, Bruce Springsteen, Rod Stewart, Jerry Garcia, Paul Simon, Al Green, Stevie Wonder, and many others. Sumter County Cultural Commission is located at 135 Haynsworth Street Sumter, SC 29150.
